How our terms apply

By opening an account or using any part of Bass Win Casino, you accept our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, the rules of every game and the conditions of each promotion you take part in. If you do not agree with them, please do not register and do not continue to use the site. We may update the terms at any time, and the version in force is always published on our website. Continuing to play after a change has come into force means you accept it. The original text of the terms is in English, and the English wording decides any question of interpretation.

Who can play with us

You need to be at least 18 and of legal gambling age in your country. We may ask for documents that confirm your age and suspend the account until they arrive. Online gambling is restricted by law in some countries, so you are responsible for making sure that using our casino is lawful where you live.

People who are citizens or residents of, or located in, the Netherlands, Ukraine, France, the USA, Georgia, Spain or Italy cannot open an account or make a deposit. Our full terms also list a wider group of countries from which access to the site is closed, and we may change these lists without prior notice.

Your account

One account is allowed per person, and the same limit applies per computer, IP address and phone number. Duplicate accounts across our sites are not allowed and may be blocked. Keep your password to yourself, since you are responsible for all activity on the account until we confirm it has been closed.

An account becomes inactive after 180 days without a login. While it stays inactive, we charge an administration fee of £5 each month.

Identity checks

Every player who makes a deposit goes through our KYC procedure. We may run extra identity checks before and after a deposit, including requests for documents and checks by third-party agencies against public or private databases. You are responsible for the authenticity of the documents you send.

Deposits and withdrawals

Under our anti-money laundering rules, every deposit carries a ×3 wager, which means you place bets worth three times the deposit before you withdraw. You can have only one withdrawal request open at a time, and we handle requests in the order we receive them. Larger withdrawals and some other cases need an identification check first. Bonuses

Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time, and each offer comes with its own wagering, maximum bet and time limit. If we detect misuse of a bonus, we may cancel it together with the winnings linked to it.

Fair play

Collusion, fraud, bots, prohibited software and any attempt to disrupt the site are not allowed. If we find such activity, we may block the account, cancel the bets involved and keep the related winnings. During casino play only one active browser tab per account is allowed.

Closing an account

You stay responsible for activity on your account until we confirm that it has been closed. We may block or delete an account without notice, for example when it is connected to an account deleted earlier or is used for fraud.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how the site works, contact our support team first, and only after that file a complaint. In a dispute, our server records and correspondence serve as the final evidence. The result of each game is decided by a random number generator, and where your device and our server disagree, the server data apply.
