Responsible Gambling
Gaming as entertainment
For us, responsible gaming is one of the key standards of how we serve our players. We want you to enjoy our games as entertainment and to stay aware of the financial and social risks that gambling can carry.
Staying in control
- See a game as a way to relax, not as a way to make a profit.
- After a loss, do not chase it at once. Take a pause first.
- Never play for sums whose loss would matter to you.
- Keep an eye on the time and money you spend.
Taking a break and self-exclusion
When you feel you need a pause, write to our support team and we will disconnect you from our service for a while. Blocking the account in this case happens only after a support manager has called the account owner. A self-exclusion set through our online chat lasts 30 days from the date of blocking.
If gambling is or has been a problem for you, or you are or were a member of an organisation that restricts access to gambling, such as GamStop, please do not register with us. If you already have an account, contact our support straight away so that we can block and close it.
A quick self-check
If you wonder whether gambling is becoming a problem, ask yourself some honest questions. Does playing get in the way of work or study? Do you play to avoid boredom or for long spells alone? Has anyone told you that you gamble too much? Have you hidden how much time or money you spend? Do you want to win money back right after losing, or feel desperate when you lose? If you answer yes to many of them, it is worth asking for advice.

Underage play
Registration is open only to people who have reached 18. We check age through the payment accounts that players use and may also run spot checks on accounts. If we find a breach, the account is closed immediately and its funds are confiscated.
Filtering software
If family members or friends who must not gamble share your computer, filtering software such as Net Nanny (www.netnanny.com) or GamBlock (www.gamblock.com) can limit their access to gambling sites.
